If you the dates or times of the group courses don’t work for you, or you want a more bespoke experience, the private hypnobirthing course is the perfect choice.  I will come to your home and you can enjoy the course in your own surroundings and with your own snacks!

There are 2 courses to choose from:

**The Signature Hypnobirthing Course** takes around 8 hours as we deep dive into your birth preparation

**Investment:** £325 per birth team

**The Mini Hypnobirthing Course** is for those who have previously done hypnobirthing or who do not have the time to complete the full course. It takes around 4 hours and goes into less detail than the Signature Course

**Investment:** £190 per birth team

All courses are adapted to your needs and wants to leave you with calm, clarity and confidence as you approach birth.

**What’s included:**

- *Handouts containing information and exercises* 
- *Hypnobirthing tracks recorded by me for you to listen to in the lead up to the birth*
- *A set of positive birth affirmation cards*
- *Ongoing support via Whatsapp in between classes and for up to 4 weeks after the birth of your baby(ies)*

Please note that for in-person courses, if you live more than 15 miles away from Otley, I charge 45p per mile over the 15 miles, which will be invoiced separately.
