If you the dates or times of the group courses don’t work for you, or you want a more bespoke experience, the private hypnobirthing course is the perfect choice. I will come to your home and you can enjoy the course in your own surroundings and with your own snacks!

The Signature Hypnobirthing Course takes around 8 hours as we deep dive into your birth preparation

Payment options:

Choose your first session date via the calendar and pay a £100 deposit. Subsequent sessions will be arranged once your booking has been confirmed. The remaining balance will be due 14 calendar days before the first session

The available dates don't work for me, can you do different times?

If none of the times and dates on the calendar work for you, please email me at anastasia@shebears.uk with any dates/times you have in mind and we will work together to find a mutually convenient time. The calendar does not always reflect my full availability, so it's always worth emailing me.

Does my birth partner have to take the course too?

It is always helpful if your birth partner joins you for the course as they play such an important role in your birth. However, I understand that it may not be possible for your birth partner to attend. In this case, I can provide extra digital resources for your birth partner to support them to prepare for the birth in their own time.

If I only pay the deposit, how will I pay the rest of the balance?

If you choose the deposit option, your space on the course is reserved and you will need to pay the remaining balance at least 14 calendar days before the first session. An invoice will be sent to you for this.

How many weeks pregnant should I be to take the course?

I recommend that you do a course any time from 20 weeks pregnant onwards.

Can I do the course in one day?

Subject to availability, it is possible to complete both the Mini and the Signature course in one session. Please email me at anastasia@shebears.uk to discuss this option.

How far will you travel?

I am happy to travel up to an hour away from Otley. Please note that if the journey is further than 15 miles, there is a charge of 45p per mile over the 15 miles which will be invoiced separately.
