What happens at this event?
Cost: £225 per birth team (pregnant person and birth partner)
What’s included:
- - 8 hours in-person teaching with a maximum of 5 other couples
- - Bespoke workbooks containing information and exercises
- - Hypnobirthing tracks recorded by me for you to listen to as much as you want at home
- - A set of positive birth affirmation cards
- - Ongoing support via Whatsapp in between classes and up to 4 weeks after birth
FAQ's
No! You can come along with or without your birth partner. Whilst birth partners will get a lot out of the course in terms of understanding how to support you through your pregnancy, birth and beyond, I know that it may not be possible for your birth partner to attend. In this case, I can provide extra digital resources for your birth partner to support them to prepare for the birth in their own time.
I recommend beginning the course when you are between 20 weeks and 32 weeks pregnant. This gives you enough time to practice the techniques before your baby's due date.
If you choose the deposit option, your space on the course is reserved and you will need to pay the remaining balance at least 14 calendar days before the first session. An invoice will be sent to you for this.
